Wesleyan University 267 Court

This residence hall was initially designed in 2D, leading to numerous MEP “collisions.” Our in-house BIM team worked to build a 3D model from scratch in Revit, which allowed for the seamless coordination of construction going forward. Because this project was for student housing, it had to be completed on a tight timeline, before the start of the academic year.
