
Stacey Santeliz is an Administrative Services Manager with over 15 years of experience supporting complex projects and operations across construction, government, and private industry. She specializes in creating structure, consistency, and clarity within fast-paced environments by strengthening internal systems, supporting project teams, and improving operational workflows.
At Catalyst, Stacey oversees the firm’s administrative and operational infrastructure. In her role, she supports project teams from preconstruction through closeout by coordinating documentation, contracts, systems, and internal communication to ensure projects run efficiently and information is always accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Before joining Catalyst, Stacey supported multi-million-dollar capital projects, managed permitting and preconstruction documentation, coordinated with engineers, consultants, and vendors, and maintained accurate project, contract, and financial records to support leadership decision-making. She is known for bringing structure to fast-moving environments, improving internal systems, and acting as a reliable bridge between project teams and leadership.
Stacey is currently pursuing her PMP certification to continue strengthening her project management expertise.
