Catalyst Construction Services responded to Covenant Preparatory School’s urgent need to relocate into a new campus space and successfully delivered a full renovation under a compressed schedule and tight budget. Working closely with the school’s leadership and stakeholder team, our firm rapidly mobilized and phased construction activities to meet the requirement of occupancy before the start of the academic year. Despite financial constraints, we leveraged efficient sequencing, value-engineered finishes, and robust project controls to transform the facility into a functional, inspiring learning environment on-time and within budget. The result was a seamless transition for the students and faculty, enabling Covenant Prep to begin their year in a modern space aligned with their mission of excellence in character, academics, and service.
