Catalyst converted an existing space into a functional clinical environment under a tight budget and timeline. Significant upgrades included installing new sinks and waste mains to meet flow requirements, as well as managing the expectations of adjacent tenants in a shared property.

The project also required off-hours work supervised by security, demonstrating our adaptability and respect for neighboring spaces.
