This pivotal project marked the founding of Catalyst Construction. Tasked with renovating a medical research space for Yale New Haven Medical School and Yale New Haven Hospital, we faced the dual challenge of a strict budget and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Working closely with the landlord, we value-engineered the project to meet budgetary constraints while adhering to evolving pandemic protocols. The successful completion of this project set the foundation for Catalyst's reputation as a leader in complex commercial construction.
