Over three years, Catalyst worked closely with Yale New Haven Health’s facilities department to renovate a property they acquired. We built an orthopedic practice on the first floor, which consisted of re-used and new examination rooms.

On the first floor, we removed an existing structural slab and poured a new slab to support specialized X-ray equipment. Catalyst Construction coordinated with the facilities department to install a state-of-the-art Siemens X-ray system.

On the second floor, we renovated an existing space dedicated to doctors specializing in general medicine. On the third floor, we renovated a multi-disciplinary clinic specializing in ear, nose, and throat care. Our renovations incorporated their existing audiology booth. Catalyst Construction worked closely with YNHH facilities to value engineer all three of these projects to fit within previously established budgets.
