As General Superintendent for Catalyst Construction Services, LLC, Dominic Flejszar applies his 10+ years of building and construction experience to the daily supervision of onsite operations, as well as to the meticulous management of all ongoing commercial construction projects.
Commencing his experience with trade expertise, Dominic spent two years as an HVAC apprentice for In Store Opportunities, in Middletown CT, and later five years as a Flooring and Remodeling Specialist for Q Tile, in Colchester, CT. His impeccable work ethic, his artistic eye for precision and design, and his skill in mechanics and systemic protocols readied him to succeed as a Project Superintendent at Signature Construction Group, in Hartford, CT. Dominic maintained quality control on all job sites, and regularly monitored compliance issues, analyzed site plans and shop drawings, scheduled sub-contractors, and engaged with local officials. His general superintendent role prepared him for his current senior role at Catalyst, where he manages daily field operations, ensures OSHA safety compliance, supervises subcontractors and oversees all aspects of job site activities.
Dominic is known for his approachability and willingness to resolve issues promptly, while remaining within budgetary constraints. It is his routine protocol to provide the highest level of care, as well as adhere to Catalyst’s promise of immeasurable quality control. Dominic utilizes his comprehensive expertise as General Superintendent, on all of Catalyst’s projects.
