A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Ryan combines technical expertise with practical experience to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
In his role, Ryan oversees on-site operations, coordinates teams, enforces safety protocols, and ensures adherence to project timelines and quality standards. His focus on precision and collaboration helps deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ryan worked as a Project Coordinator and Estimator at Haynes Construction Company, where he gained extensive experience in preparing detailed project estimates, managing submittals, coordinating project close-outs, and facilitating vendor and subcontractor communications. His hands-on experience includes mentorship in property renovation, where he developed expertise in demolition, framing, masonry, and workflow optimization.
An OSHA 30 Certified Professional with proficiencies in programs such as Procore, RSMeans, and Blue Beam, Ryan leverages his technical and organizational skills to drive project success.
