Zachary brings a strong foundation in construction management and carpentry to his role as Superintendent at Catalyst Construction.
In his role, Zachary supervises and coordinates the work of subcontractors and construction crews, manages project schedules, and tracks progress to prevent delays and meet deadlines. His expertise includes maintaining inspection schedules, managing daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders through Procore, enhancing communication and project visibility.
Before joining Catalyst, Zachary worked as a Journeyman Union Carpenter with Carpenters Local 326, leading a crew as a foreman at Yale Wash Center. He has also contributed to significant projects, including the East Hampton City Hall and Police Station, and the Amazon facility in Rocky Hill.
